Rolling Stone Magazine

Here at DearWiseWomen we were curious whether the Rolling Stone Magazine was named after the band…so further investigation was necessary to learn the history of the magazine.

Rolling Stone was founded in 1967 in San Francisco…it was a bi-weekly costing 25 cents
