- Yes, they are incredibly wealthy; Bill the founder of Microsoft. Melinda, a brilliant woman, was a Product Manager at Microsoft. She married Bill and as many women do, left her Microsoft job to raise their family.

- Their first puzzle was 1200 pieces; Bill opened the box spilling the 1200 pieces out and started on the puzzle.
- Melinda didn’t know that when Bill said they should do a puzzle, he meant that he wasn’t done until the puzzle was complete.
- After many hours she had to convince him to stop and come back to it.
- Melinda learned quickly. They would do 600 piece puzzles, finishing in an evening. Bill’s mind she laughed, saying it was chaos…and somehow out of chaos came his brilliance. Her mind is much more orderly.

Together they founded the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Their mission began with a shared belief that every life has equal value, and a desire to help people all over the world.
